Galileo Gold is due to relocate to Haras de Bouquetot in France for the 2023 breeding season.
The 2,000 Guineas and St James's Palace Stakes winner is already sire of a Group 1 winner out of his first crop in Phoenix Stakes scorer Ebro River, bred here at Tally-Ho Stud, as well as the popular multiple stakes winner Oscula. He covered his biggest book of 163 mares this season at Tally-Ho.
Haras de Bouquetot’s stud manager Benoit Jeffroy said: "We’re delighted to be welcoming Group 1 sire Galileo Gold in France in a joint venture with Tally-Ho Stud, who have done a fantastic job with giving him the best chances for his start at stud.
"Galileo Gold has already shown his abilities as a valuable sire of precocious horses, with over 10 per cent black-type horses to runners with his first crop of two-year-olds, and with the numbers he’s covered this past year we can only hope for more to come."
We wish Haras de Bouquetot the very best of luck with him.
