Kessaar enjoyed a great day on Wednesday when firing in two new winners - Don't Fight It landed a deserved success at Catterick while Kodi Noir, bred here at Tally-Ho Stud, made all to win at Fairyhouse.
Trained by Keith Dalgleish, Don't Fight It showed bright speed from the gate in the 5f contest to assume a prominent position before kicking clear for a length success.
She was bred by Nicola Kent out of Malyana, a winning Mtoto daughter of Cheveley Park Stakes winner Pass The Peace.
Over at Fairyhouse, the Adrian Murray-trained Kodi Noir made all the running to win a competitive 6f maiden under Seamie Heffernan.
"We just told Seamie to pop him out today," said Adrian Murray. "He's starting to show what we think of him. He relaxed today and saw it out well."
They become the latest promising winners from the first crop of Kessaar, joining the likes of Tajalla, who made an excellent winning debut at Newmarket's Craven meeting, Bolt Action, a debut winner at Leicester prior to a creditable run at Royal Ascot, and Forca Timao, who lived up to expectations with a good win in a smart-looking maiden at Doncaster.
