Another good sale ring result came the way of Inns Of Court on Tuesday as a filly out of Lady Lucia made €135,000 to Jason Kelly.
The filly was the third six-figure yearling of the past week for Inns Of Court following the sales of a colt and a filly for €110,000 and €100,000 at the Tattersalls Ireland September Sale.
The Lady Lucia filly was offered by Glen Stables and is a half-sister to six winners including Kodiac’s dual Group 2 winner Adaay and Listed-placed Mullionmileanhour.
”She’s a gorgeous-looking filly and she’s a sister to a top-class Group 2 horse,” Jason Kelly told the EBN. “She’s a beautiful individual herself, a really, strong, powerful filly. I thought she was lovely, from a proven mare and by an exciting stallion, so it made a lot of sense.
”The Inss Of Courts I’ve seen so far look quite active and strong horses. For the most part they all seem to walk pretty well.
”This filly had it all. She’s go to David O’Meara and she’s for Adela Constructions, good owners of ours.”
