Many thanks to everyone who supported us at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Sale in Newmarket last week.
We were delighted to sell each of our 15 yearlings and wish everyone the best of luck with their new purchases.
Fresh from establishing a good reputation at the Goffs Orby and Tattersalls Ireland September Sale, Inns Of Court enjoyed another bold showing, this time as the sire of a filly out of Soft Power who sold for 175,000gns (pictured below) to JS Bloodstock and a colt out of Naqrah, who realised 75,000gns to Steve Ryan.
With that, Inns Of Court ended the sale with an average of 125,000gns.
Led by our filly out of No Lippy, who sold for 450,000gns to Richard Knight, Mehmas fired in an average of 195,714gns - off a 2020 fee of €7,500.
Mehmas' highlights also included a colt out of My Better Half, who was sold by Yeomanstown Stud for 250,000gns to Roger Varian, and a colt out of Queensgate who was sold by Grangemore Stud for 210,000gns to Joe Foley.
Kodiac's collection of yearlings was led by our 475,000gns sister to Gifted Master (pictured below), out of Shobobb, who was sold to Godolphin. Ballyphilip Stud's brother to Fox Champion was also in demand, selling for 450,000gns to Richard Knight.
In all, Kodiac returned an average 200,700gns.
Thanks to a pair of files who realised 350,000gns and 240,000gns, Cotai Glory ended the sale with a seriously impressive average of 295,000gns. Blandford Bloodstock went 350,000gns for Hyde Park Stud's half-sister to Cachet while SackvilleDonald paid 240,000gns for our half-sister to Lusail.
Blandford Bloodstock also paid 150,000gns for our Galileo Gold half-brother to Perfect Power.
