Inns Of Court's excellent run of success continued on Monday as Tally-Ho breezer Elegant Madame made a striking winning debut at Lingfield Park for Amo Racing.
In the process, the filly became the third winner in just four days for Inns Of Court following the successes of Baileys Polka Dot in a conditions race at Dieppe and Innvincible Friend in novice company at Chester.
As for Elegant Madame, she defied signs of inexperience to run down the leaders and win going away.
"Elegant Madame was a bit green early and it took a bit of time to get her balanced," said jockey Kevin Stott. "She's a lovely scopey filly who will be much better on the turf over a nice straight seven furlongs or a mile."
Bred by Aguiar Bloodstock and Padraig Williams, Elegant Madame is out of Koharu and therefore a half-sister to the smart Summer Sands. She was bought by us as a foal and re-offered by us as a breezer earlier this year at the Arqana May Sale.
A top-class horse, Inns Of Court's career spanned four seasons in France for Godolphin and Andre Fabre and featured seven wins ranging from the Group 2 Prix du Gros-Chene over 5f to the Group 3 Prix de la Porte Maillot over 7f.
The son of Invincible Spirit stands for €5,000.
