Kessaar's hot patch continued on Thursday as Ipanema Princess, bred at Tally-Ho Stud and a member of our Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-up draft, ran away with the 7f maiden at Epsom.
The Amy Murphy-trained filly made all the running and was never challenged to win by over two lengths.
The Racing Post were impressed, commenting: "Ipanema Princess continued her run-to-run progress as she opened her account in a professional manner, going with enthusiasm and picking up well as others struggled on the camber."
She becomes the third winner in two days for Kessaar following the across-the-card double of Don't Fight It and Kodi Noir at Catterick and Fairyhouse on Wednesday.
They become the latest promising winners from the first crop of Kessaar, joining the likes of Tajalla, who made an excellent winning debut at Newmarket's Craven meeting, Bolt Action, a debut winner at Leicester prior to a creditable run at Royal Ascot, and Forca Timao, who lived up to expectations with a good win in a smart-looking maiden at Doncaster.
Ipanema Princess was bred by us at Tally-ho Stud out of Ball Girl, a Group 3-placed Tagula relation to Cadeaux Genereux.
